The Portland Campus, founded in 1831, is located in suburban Portland, one of the nation’s most livable cities.
The campus is home of UNE’s new College of Pharmacy and the Westbrook College of Health Professions. Students, faculty and staff in the College embrace a commitment to interdisciplinary health and wellness, and work as partners to continuously advance health care knowledge and skills.
Research is also an important part of the UNE experience. UNE has has established four centers of excellence for research and scholarship, designed to provide opportunities for collaborative research and scholarship. The centers are also designed to expand undergraduate and graduate student research at UNE.
