Meet the Atlantic Ocean up close and personal. Enjoying the ocean comes naturally to students at UNE. The University Campus in Biddeford has more than 4,000 feet of ocean frontage at the mouth of the Saco River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean.

Students at the University Campus find some of the best resources in the nation for studying the natural sciences, health sciences and osteopathic medicine. Facilities include the Harold Alfond Center for the Health Sciences and the Marine Science Education and Research Center, which houses our Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center.
