Visiting campus is a very important step when deciding which college to attend. We host several events on campus to help show you what UNE has to offer, including regularly scheduled campus tours each week throughout the year.
For those of you who are not able to visit or are just beginning your college search, check to see if an Admissions representative will be visiting a town near you.
Join us for a walk around our ocean-side Biddeford Campus and learn more about our undergraduate programs, academic and athletics facilities, residence halls and more.
Summer Walking Tours | May 8 through Sept. 1 | Register
Tours depart from the Welcome Cottage Monday–Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Starting June 23, Friday campus tours are offered at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. as part of our Summer Info Sessions. Please note the UNE Office of Admissions will be closed and there will be no tours Monday, May 29, Tuesday, June 20 or Tuesday, July 4.
Summer Bike Tours | May 22 through Aug. 17 | Register
Bike tours are offered Monday through Thursday at 11 a.m. Tours leave from the Welcome Cottage, and a bike and helmet are provided. Join us for a tour of campus followed by an admissions presentation and lunch at the Windward Café. Bike tour participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or provide written permission signed by a legal guardian. Please note the UNE Office of Admissions will be closed and there will be no tours Monday, May 29, Tuesday, June 20 or Tuesday, July 4.
Information Sessions provide a user-friendly experience of UNE’s programs and beautiful coastal Biddeford Campus. Enjoy a Q&A with an admissions counselor and current UNE students to learn about our academic programs, the admissions process, financial aid, athletics and more. Then, take a student-led walking tour of the campus to see classrooms, athletics facilities, residence halls, cafes and the shore.
Program-Specific Info Sessions
Marine Science Center Tours | June 13 through Aug. 17 | Register
The Marine Science Department will be hosting a series of special tours of the Arthur P. Girard Marine Science Center as well as providing more in depth information about their programs. These tours will depart from the Welcome Cottage.
Pre-Pharmacy Tours | June 29 through Aug. 10 | Register
An opportunity to attend an information session focused on Pre-Pharmacy. The event will be hosted by undergraduate admissions and representatives of the College of Pharmacy, and the Pre-Pharmacy program. The event will include an information session followed by a tour of the College of Pharmacy on the Portland Campus. There will be an optional opportunity to take a campus tour of the Biddeford Campus at the conclusion of the event in Portland. Driving time from Portland to the Biddeford Campus is approximately 40 minutes.
Applied Exercise Science/Athletic Training Information Session | June 27 through Aug. 9 | Register
Ready to learn more about UNE’s Applied Exercise Science and Athletic Training programs? Join us for an information session that includes a Q&A with the chair of the Exercise and Sport Performance department and a tour of the department facilities and training labs. The hour-long session will begin at the Harold Alfond Forum and are offered at 12 p.m. on select days throughout the summer.
A walking tour of the UNE campus is available subsequent to the event at 2 p.m. If you would prefer to take a tour before the event please contact email@example.com and they will register you for the 10 a.m. tour.
Fall Open Houses | Oct. 14 and Oct. 28 | Register
Join us at a fall open house and explore life at UNE! Take a tour of our beautiful campus, talk with faculty and current students, learn more about our academic majors as well as our student life and community engagement opportunities. Members of our admissions staff will be on hand to discuss your areas of interest, the application process, financial aid and any questions you may have.
