December 13
Magic of Christmas—Tickets are still available!  Join fellow alumni at the Portland Symphony Orchestra for their annual Magic of Christmas production at 3 p.m. in the Merrill Auditorium in Portland.  A pre-concert reception will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the State of Maine Room at Portland City Hall.  Please call the Alumni Office for ticket information.

January 2-3
2nd Annual Jim Beaudry Classic —  Come watch the UNE Men’s Basketball Team during this holiday basketball tournament, held in honor of the former St. Francis and UNE basketball coach.  UNE will play against Suffolk on January 1st, and against Eastern Connecticut State University or University of Maine Fort Kent on January 2nd.  Both games will be on the University Campus.

January 29
PA Alumni Reception — Join fellow PA alumni at a complimentary reception held at the Bethel Inn in Bethel, ME.  The reception will be held from 6:45 – 8 p.m. in conjunction with the Downeast Association of Physician Assistants 19th annual winter conference.

February 11
Health Profession’s Career Fair – Over 50 healthcare employers from Maine and the  region are looking for candidates in Nursing, Social Work, Dental Hygiene, Physician Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Nurse Anesthesia.

March 28
MNA Alumni Reception – Join fellow MNA alumni at a complimentary reception held at the Burlington Marriott in Burlington, MA from 5:30-7 p.m.  This reception is being held in conjunction with the New England Assembly of Nurse Anesthetists spring meeting.

Westbrook College Reunion Weekend 2009 — Celebrating the memories of Westbrook College and Westbrook Junior College!  Classes celebrating reunions this year are: 1934, 1939, 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, and 1999.  Remember, it’s never too early to start planning for your reunion!  Come back to campus, visit with friends and remember the times at Westbrook!
