A. Students enrolled in 7 credits or more are required to have some type of health insurance. Our practice is to automatically bill you for our student health insurance plan with the fall billing. Students are required to complete and submit the enrollment/waiver form online at the Aetna/Chickering website by August 15, 2008 (Fall 2008 Semester). Failure to submit the form with Aetna/Chickering online commits the student to purchasing the insurance program for the year. The insurance charge will be removed from the bill only if proof of other insurance coverage and an online waiver are completed by August 15,  2008.
