Student Accounts

Student Accounts is a part of the Office of Student Financial Services at the University of New England. The office is located on the first floor of Decary Hall (Biddeford Campus) and at MacDougall Hall(Portland Campus).

The Office is committed to providing students with excellent customer service, answering questions regarding your student account, and helping to fulfill your financial obligations to the University. The staff provides assistance regarding general billing, tuition bills, refunds, third-party payment plan information, health insurance information, and helps those seeking clarification on student-related charges and fees.
