Open Fourm -- UNE's Center for Excellence in Aging and Health

Forum

UNE Faculty, Staff, and Students are cordially invited to attend open forums regarding the Center for Excellence in Aging and Health (CEAH) on campus in September. The formation of CEAH has been made possible thanks to a recent gift of $1 million from Housing Initiatives of New England in support of new programs and approaches to healthy and active aging. The forums will provide an opportunity to learn more about the preliminary mission and vision for the Center, draft job description for its director, and general description.

The UNE Community is also invited to share feedback regarding the Center and the recruitment of its director; several members of the CEAH Director Search Committee will be present at each session.

Light and healthy refreshments will be provided.

12 to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 7 – St. Francis Room, Ketchum Library, Biddeford Campus

3:30-4:30 p.m. Friday, September 11 – Detmer Room, Alumni Hall, Portland Campus
