Site Utilities Upgrade

This project consists of a total upgrade of the utility systems to the new East Wing and West Wing residence halls and an upgrade to 6" water lines to the existing residence halls for a future fire suppression system. Underground communications and chilled water lines have been installed to service the Library as well as the new Dining Room expansion.
