Mission Statement

The Department of Creative and Fine Arts develops intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills through an active hands-on curriculum in the arts. While imparting foundational expressive skills, the program encourages students to expand their conceptual and perceptual capabilities and make connections between their personal experience and art, science, social science, and the environment.
