Work Experience:
Michael Daley has a unique set of professional experiences from which to draw upon in the classroom. His teaching career started over a decade ago as an instructor at universities in Maine and New Hampshire. Immediately prior to arriving at UNE, Michael taught as a visiting assistant professor at Bates College. In addition to his experience in academia, he has worked as an environmental engineer and consultant over the past ten years. Through his experience in the private sector, he has developed relationships in the environmental and economics community and assisted in meeting the environmental needs of clients throughout Maine and New Hampshire. As a part owner of a consulting firm, Michael gained first hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in a small business.
