Specifically, the conceptual development of ‘democratic’ management practices in conjunction with the development of ‘rational-collective’ as a fourth form of legitimate authority. The second follows the historical development of morality and ethical principles from traditional, religious, and philosophical thought. The third stream follows the development of narrative methodology in how narratives (i.e. stories, drama) are related to organizational issues such as culture, change, and leadership styles.

Personal Interests:

John was born in New York, spent his formative years overseas in Zambia and Bangladesh, did JROTC during high school, and has continued to travel as an adult. He is an avid reader and nature lover.
