MSEd Graduate Program (Video-based)
The MSEd Video-based Program is phasing out... MSEd video courses will not be offered after Fall 2009. Click on the"phase out plan" link below to check when courses will last be offered. No new students or re-enrolling students are being accepted into the video-based MSEd program.
MSEd students are reminded that when they fail to register for courses for two subsequent semesters, they are automatically withdrawn from the University of New England and the MSEd program. If there are extenuating circumstances that prohibit a student from registering for courses, it is the student's responsibility to contact the program office and determine how to maintain their status as an active student.

Study Group Tip
Need a study partner? See if your mentor can send out an email to your class (es) to elicit some fellow students who may be willing to add you to their group.
PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION
Students will be required to take EDU 595, Portfolio, during their final semester in the program. If you have taken one of the reading courses and will be submitting a portfolio and you would like additional information, contact the MSEd office or Mary Norbert mnorbert@mail.une.edu.
EDU 595 Portfolio Replaces EDU 563 A and 563 B, Effective Summer '06
Perhaps the biggest of these changes is the replacement of EDU 563A and EDU 563 B, Improving Reading in the Elementary Grades and Improving Reading in the Content Areas. If you have not taken EDU 563A Teaching Reading in the Elementary Grades or EDU 563 B Improving Reading in the Content Area during your program, you will be taking EDU 595 Portfolio (an on-line Web CT course) as your last course.
