The ELS curriculum covers the world's main languages and literary traditions. Through a variety of pedagogical and theoretical approaches, students not only will learn how to analyze the heavily textualized environment around them, they also will develop sophisticated insights into the world’s multiple cultural traditions. Our progressive curriculum is flexible and our advising careful and thorough enough to respond to the intellectual and professional needs of students. We are committed to giving our students a first-rate liberal education that also prepares them for a variety of occupations and graduate programs.
The program is housed on UNE's seaside University Campus in Biddeford, Maine.
