Internships

Each environmental major pursues an internship either at the regional, national or global level (ENV 295A or 495A) or at the local level through Department of Environmental Studies' Center for Sustainable Communities (ENV 495B). Internships provide students the opportunity to explore a career with a specific environmental agency under the guidance of the DES internship coordinator.

Students are encouraged to explore various career fields by taking successive internships throughout their undergraduate academic career.

Contact the internship coordinator for more information.
