Transfer Credits

Fellowship programs are often accepted as transfer credits. 

The MMEL program has an agreement with the Harvard Macy Institutes program (http://www.harvardmacy.org/) to accept the following credits for 2009 institutes:

1. “Leading Innovations in Health Care and Education” will be accepted as a 3-credit elective;
2. “A Systems Approach to Assessment in Health Science Education” will be accepted in lieu of MEL 606 Learner Assessment & Program Evaluation or one elective
3. “Program for Educators in Health Professions” will be accepted in lieu of MEL 604 Curriculum Design & Program Development and one additional elective. 

Institutes from previous years will be analyzed for either elective or core credits.
