- Responsibilities:
The Associate Dean is the primary Student Affairs liaison for students within the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) and oversees all aspects of recruitment, student affairs and alumni relations for the College. The Associate Dean serves as member of the Deans' Council; chair of the Admission Committee; advisor to the Orientation Committee, Student Government Association, and Alumni Association; and oversees tour guides, students interviewers, and clubs and organizations. The Associate Dean has overall responsibility for recruitment receptions and campus visits, orientation, White Coat Ceremony, student life on campus, graduation, and alumni events.

- Responsibilities:
The Coordinator of Recruitment and Alumni Services is responsible for developing and administering programs and services for prospective medical students as well as UNECOM alumni. Responsibilities include creating productive relationships with pre-med advisors across the country; planning informational and recruitment events and campus visits throughout the northeast; representing the college at conventions, conferences and career fairs; and developing programs to connect alumni, current student and prospective students. The coordinator also assists students with various on-campus programs and student concerns.

- Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the office. Specific responsibilities include maintaining student records, assisting other office staff in the execution of their jobs, managing office and clubs/organizations budget reports and serving as a frontline person to answer questions and assist students, faculty, staff, and guests. Additional responsibilities include supervising work-study students, assisting the Associate Dean, and playing a major role in the development of graduation and alumni events.

The Administrative Secretary supports the office activity by answering phones; processing excused absences; assisting with recruitment and orientation events and the White Coat Ceremony; and helping COM students with questions they have.
