Current Building Campaigns
The University of New England has a compelling vision of becoming one of the best choices in New England to study the health professions, medicine, natural sciences, human services, education, liberal arts and management.
Achieving the Vision
The support of our alumni and friends is essential to realizing this vision. With past support to the UNEqualed Vision campaign we have achieved several steps toward this vision through mprovements to and revitalization of the Westbrook College Campus, construction of a unique Marine Science Education and Research Center at the University Campus, and construction of the Alfond Center for the Health Sciences, a state-of-the-art laboratory and educational facility. (see Gifts at Work)
We need your continued support to achieve several further steps necessary to realizing this vision:
The continued development of the College of Pharmacy - including the College of Pharmacy facility, scholarships, and endowed academic chairs - to best serve the region’s critical need for pharmacists and better health care.

Restoring Goddard Hall to the vitality of it's past is key to the expansion of the College of Health Professions, including the new Performance Enhancement and Evaluation Center (PEEC). With the tremendous growth that has already occurred on campus, coupled with the recent announcement of a new College of Pharmacy, the need to move forward and realize our plans to renovate Goddard Hall is critical.

The continued development of the new Pickus Center for Biomedical Research on the University Campus to expand the College of Osteopathic Medicine's biomedical research capabilities. Expanded research capabilities are essential to attracting the best faculty, providing research opportunities for our students and enhancing the University's regional and national reputation.
