At the University of New England we encourage donors to give to those projects or funds that most appropriately reflect their philanthropic interests.

Some options include, named scholarship funds (through annual gifts or endowments), gifts to benefit a particular college or program, donations to ongoing educational facilities construction projects, gifts for special purposes, such as the purchase of land, or donations to establish endowments for endowed chairs, faculty chairs, book funds or other activities associated with operating and maintaining the University.

Credit Card/Debit Card - Gifts or payments on multi-year pledges may be made on online with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. You may also call UNE and Westbrook College Campus's Annual Fund line, (207) 221-4914  to charge your gift to your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

Gifts of Securities - Gifts of long-term or highly appreciated securities offer tax benefits upon a charitable donation by avoiding capital gains taxes. To arrange a transfer of stock, please contact UNE's Gift Acceptance Office at (207) 221-4374.

Matching Gifts - Many businesses and corporations will offer matching gifts for contributions employees, retirees and their members make to non-profit institutions. Please look into increasing your support without additional out-of-pocket expense by contacting your company's personnel office or contact Mandy Speaker,  Assistant Director of the Annual Fund, at (207) 221-4914 or MSpeaker@une.edu.
