Exercises: Stretching

spine1   1) Grasp arm above wrist and pull downward and across body while gently tilting head.

2) Rotate head as far as possible to RIGHT and LEFT side.

Gently nod head up and down.

3) Standing in corner with hands at shoulder level and feet feet from corner, lean forward until a comfortable stretch is felt across chest.

spine6   4) Place hand on same side shoulder blade. With other hand gently stretch head down and away.

bicep   5) With your arms behind you, grasp one wrist with your other hand. Gently stretch your shoulders by lifting your arms towards the ceiling.
