UNE Libraries' Alumni Services

Who is eligible for UNE Libraries' Alumni Services?
Graduates of the University of New England, St. Francis College or Westbrook College are eligible for UNE Libraries' alumni services.

Do Alumni have access to the UNE Libraries' resources?
Alumni may use UNE Libraries' resources at the Jack S. Ketchum Library on the University campus (Biddeford) or the Josephine S. Abplanalp Library on the Westbrook College campus (Portland). Alumni who have a UNE Alumni ID may borrow books, DVDs, and videos from the UNE Libraries' circulating collections, according to the Libraries' borrowing policies.  Other resources that may be used in the Libraries, on site, include reference materials, journals, electronic resources, and wireless access for individual laptops. Off-campus access to the Libraries' electronic resources is limited to current UNE students, faculty, and staff due to vendor licensing restrictions.

Alumni may request reference assistance at either campus library in person, by telephone: UC (207-602-2363) or WCC (207-221-4363), by email: library@une.edu or on the UNE Libraries' web site.


Where can I get a UNE Alumni ID?
UNE Alumni IDs are issued by UNE's Alumni Office.  Please contact: UNE Alumni Office, University of New England, 716 Stevens Ave., Portland, ME 04103; telephone: (207) 221-4218. A temporary 45-day UNE Libraries Alumni ID may be requested at the Circulation Desk of either campus library.
