The MWWC Author Series
Features presentations by scholars and writers of contemporary fiction and non-fiction. Held annually; open to the public.

A Gathering of Writers: Creative Writing Workshops
 A Gathering of Writers is an ongoing series of creative writing workshops open to the public with enrollment limited to 15.

The Perdita Huston Purple Starfish Award
 An award is given annually to an emerging Maine woman leader.
