18 students travel to Ecuador on medical mission through UNE's IMM(UNE) Club

Eighteen students, along with UNE adjunct faculty member Amy Maureen Peterson and nurse practitioner Mary Shepherd Rafter, traveled to Quito, Ecuador, May 13-22, 2013 through UNE's IMM(UNE) Club, taking part in a medically focused mission trip through United Planet.

When the students were not volunteering in clinics, they spent some time with children at a local school. Participants included: Sarah Elizabeth Hoover, Stephanie Anne Beeckel, Nathan Michael Elmore, Kristina Marie Michaud, Samantha Jo Frederickson, Hannah Jaclyn Pelkey, Brendan Michael Harvey, Teegan Nadine Baillargeon, Andrew Robert Emery, Timothy Allen Newell, Sara Marie Capobianco, Christina Jean Fields, Cecelia Ann French, Rachel Ann McGahie, Kaylee Michelle Pobocik, Robert Grant Belanger, Crystal Nicole Annis, and Tyler Jay Meunier.
