UNE College of Pharmacy granted four-year accreditation

The University of New England College of Pharmacy is pleased to announce that its Doctor of Pharmacy program has been granted an extended accreditation term until 2019 by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

This news follows the program’s initial two-year accreditation, and is a result of the College’s clear mission, goals and program structure.

According to ACPE, “…all health care professionals, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must be educated to deliver patient-centered care as members of an interprofessional team, emphasizing evidence-based practice, quality improvement approaches and informatics.”
