UNE ranked among colleges offering top salary potential for graduates by PayScale

The University of New England was ranked 276 out of 1002 colleges with high salary potential for graduating students in 2014-2015 by PayScale, a national firm providing data and insights about salary and careers.

The PayScale 2014-2015 College Salary Report examined more than 1,000 colleges and universities based on median salaries of alumni who earned four-year degrees.

The purpose of this report is to give prospective students an idea about the projected salaries of their potential major, and help them form a realistic understanding of the amount of student debt they can afford.

Many of the colleges with high-earning alumni offered top STEM and engineering degrees, however liberal arts schools also appeared on the list. Both public and private schools were well-represented.
