Eric Scouten wins Warren Prize from New England Estuarine Research Society

Eric Scouten (Environmental Studies, ’16) was recently awarded the Warren Prize for the best undergraduate student poster presentation at the 2016 spring meeting of the New England Estuarine Research Society, which was held in York, Maine.  

Scouten’s poster was titled, "The role of genetic diversity in the response of Spartina alterniflora to nutrient loading and invasive snails.”  His research has been supervised by Associate Professor Greg Zogg, Ph.D., and Professor Steven Travis, Ph.D., both in the Department of Biology.
