Karen Pardue, Ph.D. RN, ANEF, interim dean for the University of New England Westbrook College of Health Professions has once again been chosen to chair the Maine delegation of the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE).  

Maine Governor Paul LePage re-appointed Pardue to her position on the eight-seat Maine delegation. NEBHE is a six-state regional organization with a mission to engage leaders in the assessment, development, and implementation of sound educational practices; promote regional cooperation for efficient use of educational resources; advance best practices in the implementation of regional higher education policies; and leadership to strengthen the relationship between higher education and economic well being throughout New England.
