Data Request Form

Please complete the form, below, in order to request data that is not available through the OIRA website. Depending on the complexity of the request, the time of year, and the volume of other requests, it may take anywhere from 3 business days to several weeks.

Data Requests are prioritized according to the institutional need and certain data requests may require additional approval. In general, data will only be provided in the aggregate: All requests will adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
