Margy began at UNE in the fall of 2014 after working in higher education in Georgia and New Hampshire for a combined 20 years. A prior database programmer, as well as a director of a college campus, Margy began her career in institutional research when the information she needed to made decisions was not available. Her experience includes understanding both the value of reliable data for decision-making as well as how to acquire and report it.

Jennifer Mandel serves as the assessment program manager in UNE's Office of Institutional Research and Assessment and an adjunct assistant lecturer in the History and Philosophy department.
