IRS Release of 2018 Withholding Tables, Publications
The 2018 Federal Payroll Withholding Tables will be used to calculate the taxes on the upcoming payrolls (1/26 for bi-weekly hourly paid employees and 1/30 for semi-monthly paid exempt employees).
- January 1, 2018: Beginning of federal work-study student spring semester
- May 10, 2018: End of federal work-study student spring semester
- June 18, 2018: Vacation time for hourly staff is available for viewing
- July 2, 2018: Vacation time for salaried faculty and staff is available for viewing
- TBD: Beginning of federal work-study student fall semester
- TBD: End of federal work-study student fall semester

Current Payroll Schedules
Payroll salary schedules, including payroll start and end dates and pay dates, are available on U-Online, in the "Employee Services" section, under "HR/Payroll Downloadable Forms."
Common Payroll Forms
To access the Hourly Staff Bi-Weekly Time Sheet, the Institutional (Department) Student Employment Bi-Weekly Time Sheet and the Federal Work Study Time Sheet please log into U-Online and select “Employee Services” and then “HR/Payroll Downloadable Forms and Policies.”
Web Time Entry
WTE is a web-based time entry system designed to improve accuracy and eliminate loss or delays in paper processing of physical time sheets. Currently, the WTE system is available for federal work study students to log into a secure website and enter hours worked from any computer with Internet access.
