Camille Vande Berg earned her Ph.D. in French/Romance Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana. She has taught French, Spanish, Italian, ESL and literature at a number of universities in the U.S. and Europe. Her research interests include language teaching and learning, with a current focus on autonomous language study and self-assessment.
