In 2008, Cynthia established UNE's College of Arts and Sciences Internship Office, a professional office committed to academic credit-bearing internships, and sits as the director. The CAS Internship Office supports students and the community in building exemplary internships wherein students practice their academic learning and skills, gain professional soft skills, explore job options, and find career passions, and through which businesses and organizations receive the talent and support of UNE students.
