Ellen Beaulieu brings outstanding academic and administrative experience to her role as the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Communications. Dr. Beaulieu has facilitated university-level strategic planning, implementation mapping, plan communication and evaluation — all important processes for enhancing institutional effectiveness.
