Discounted Tickets $10 (RSVP required)
Reinterpreted in the harsh light of today's politics, Shakespeare's tragedy is a timeless investigation of ambition, public opinion, and violence. Soothsayers dispense predictions over cable news, the tidings of war arrive by text message, and cries of revolt rock the Capitol, as shadowy conspiracies expose the intoxicating lure of power.
Merrill Auditorium Presents "Chicago"
Chicago is the edge-of-your-seat tale of seductive nightclub dancer Roxie Hart - a tale electrified by scandal, jealousy, murder, greed, showbiz, knockout dancing and one showstopping musical number after another. Chicago has become a runaway success in over 250 cities worldwide, earning six Tonys, six Oscars, two Olivier Awards, one Grammy and thousands of standing ovations.
"This sexiest show in years... paralyzingly funny, sardonic, satiric and witty" - New York Times
