2015 Weekly Theme Summary

Weekly themes and field trip destinations are subject to change

As a parent we have been very happy with the KidFit program at UNE. Our daughter loves the themed weeks and activities associated with being fit, learning about the environment and living healthy. The addition of the interactive program with the UNE Staff last year on specific weeks was wonderful and a great experience for her. One of the benefits of the KidFit program is also the interaction of the staff with the kids. They are not sitting on the sideline watching the kids in their activities, they are involved and participate. Whether it’s surfing, sailing or doing volleyball they are involved and active. The bonds created between the kids and counselors in such a short amount of time are lasting. I would and do recommend the UNE program to other parents.

KidFit made my family feel welcomed! I always had my summers off and with a new job I had to work. I was nervous sending my daughters anywhere, because they ALWAYS were with me or my mother, after the first day they couldn't wait to go back! I was put at ease and Hannah and Gabriella continue to talk about when they get to go back. Thank you for making their first ever summer camp experience an amazing one! I appreciate the staff for making my family feel welcomed!
