Residential Education and Housing


The Office of Residential Education and Housing at the University of New England provides students with an environment that fosters personal and academic growth. Participating in the residential experience immerses you in the campus culture and gives you the opportunity to connect with students, staff, and services. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.   We are closed on holidays and weekends.

2014/2015 Housing and Dining Contract is now available.
All incoming students must complete a paper contract. Please print and mail your completed contract to:

Once you have submitted your $500 deposit to Student Accounts ($200 housing deposit, $300 admissions deposit), your housing application will be activated.

Are you wondering what you need to bring to your residence hall room?  The Office of Residential Education and Housing Provides a suggested list of items that students may want to bring, some reminders about what not to bring, and basic room and window measurements.

Microfridge Rental Program

Students are able to rent a room-size refrigerator/freezer, and microwave unit for the academic year!  Order now for Fall 2014.
