KidFIT Summer Camp
2008
KidFIT is a non-profit summer day camp at the University of New England for children ages 5-12. We provide social, physical, intellectual, and emotional growth for campers and counselors through fun activities and experiences; and promote health, wellness, learning, and friendships among campers. Daily camp activities run Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

We will be taking at least one field trip every week. All campers will receive a KidFIT T-shirt and wristband! In addition to these trips, we will be swimming in the UNE pool every day and going to the beach every Friday (weather permitting).

"My children Lauren and Andrew love the KidFIT program last year! KidFIT will keep your child busy throughout the day with such activities as swimming in the UNE pool (very clean), themed weeks, swimming at Hills Beach, field trip(s), and co-ed counselors that were wonderful mentors!!"
-Pam Manoff
"Our son has attended the UNE KidFIT Camp for the last three summers. Last summer, he was able to participate as junior counselor where he was allowed to assists the adult counselors by performing minor duties. He enjoyed this new role at KidFIT camp and we were happy that he exerpeinced having the responsibility to accomplish tasks away from home. The UNE KidFIT camp is a great way for children to stay active during the summer. Swimming in the UNE pool, going to the beach, and playing games are some of the ways that the children can release that extra energy. We recommend the UNE KidFIT camp for all the children that enjoy being outdoors and having lots of fun."
