Students that are members of Cardio Club instruct a variety of fitness classes for both students and UNE community members. Students strive to promote health and fitness on campus. Students who participate in the classes can take advantage of being able to exercise in a fun and social environment led by knowledgeable instructors. Fall semester Cardio Club Classes end the week of December 8, 2006.
Classes are free to UNE students, staff, and faculty. Classes are on a first come basis. Late arrivals
are not guaranteed a spot in class.

Kickboxing: Monday 6-7 p.m., Tuesday 3-4 p.m., Wednesday 6-7 p.m., Thursday 3-4 p.m.
Strength Training: Wednesday 6-7 p.m., Saturday 1-2 p.m.
Beginner Ballet: Thursday 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Hip Hop: Friday 9-10 a.m..
All Classes are held in a Raquetball court with the exception of Strength (in the Fitness Center). Cardio Club is sponsored by USG. The Cardio Club follows the UNE Cancellation/delay Policy.
Monday Kickboxing: Martial Arts-Style class with lots of bag work and focus on form
Tuesday/Thursday Kickboxing: Keep your heart rate up with bag work and cardio combos
Wednesday Kickboxing: Taebo-style workout with a focus on stretching and core strengthening
Strength: Learn correct free weight lifting techniques
Ballet: No experience necessary, learn ballet basics
Hip Hop: Learn some hip hop basics with fun music and choreography.
