What is BRAC?

  • A campus risk assessment team that responds to concerns about unusual and threatening behavior.
  • A back-up between departments to support existing systems when additional coordination is required.
  • A multidisciplinary group of professionals from several campus departments possessing broad expertise.

What is meant by "Behavioral Risk"?

  • This includes, but is not limited to, actions or statements by students, faculty, staff, or members of the community that express an intent to harm individuals or campus property and assets.
