Student Employment Opportunities

The Finley Recreation Center is staffed by professional and student employees. Student staff and work study positions within the Finley Recreation Center complement the student's education by providing experiences in leadership and management. Student staff gain real life experiences working with people of all ages (young children to older adults).

Instructors

Instructors are hired by the Finley coordinator. Student instructors do not need to be certified, but must show proper technique and safety guidelines. A demonstration class may be required prior to hiring. Ongoing participation from UNE students, staff and faculty must be maintained for all programs to continue.

A brief sample of classes/programs that are currently offered are:

	•	Hip Hop Dance Class
