Transsexual
Gender identity and sexual orientation are NOT identical concepts! A Trans person could be Gay or Straight. And, to clarify oft confused terms, "Transgender" refers to crossing the cultural "norms" associated with "gender," and "Transsexual" is associated with being born with sex characteristics identified with one gender, but identifying with/as the other gender. Transsexual could be considered one of the many ways of transgendering.
