Return the form to either Registrar’s Office (114 Decary Hall, Biddeford Campus or 119 Hersey Hall, Portland Campus).
Step 2
Pick up your invitations in Student Affairs (Available just prior to Spring Break)
If you are on campus, please pick up your invitations in person:
CAS and CHP students who are away from campus, please contact the appropriate Student Affairs Office: CAS: (207) 602-2372 and CHP: (207) 221-4212.
For COM students: Invitations will be mailed to all graduating students. If you need additional invitations, please email us at comsa@une.edu.
Step 3
Families will receive an informational postcard concerning graduation in early April. This postcard will direct students and their families to the website. Please check the graduation webpages often as they are updated frequently.
Be sure to print out, complete and return any necessary forms or RSVP to receptions/events.
Step 4
Order Regalia (Regalia will be available in the bookstore and on the web in early April.) Regalia MUST be purchased by end of April to ensure that students will have what they need for the Commencement ceremonies.

Make hotel reservation for family. Click here to view the list of hotels.
We strongly encourage early reservations. Other events are happening in Portland on the same weekend as our graduation ceremony.
Step 6
Complete and return Disability Access Request if someone in your party needs accomodations. Click here to download form May 1st deadline.
Step 7

Contact Career Services for assistance with your current job search and save their contact information for any future job searches.

Attend a Student Loan Exit Interview.
