Directions and Parking

Portland City Hall, Merrill Auditorium
I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 44 (I-295). Take I-295 to Franklin Street Exit. Go East on Franklin Street through two sets of traffic lights to Congress Street Intersection. Turn right onto Congress Street proceeding South. The City Hall should be visible to the right as you travel down Congress Street (It's a beautiful, large, gray-stone building.) See below for parking.

Handicapped entrance: Myrtle Street (second right off Congress). This is a one way street.

Top of the Port Parking
A large 500 car parking lot is located off Congress Street, between Pearl and Myrtle Streets. Access can be gained either through Cumberland Avenue or Congress Street.

Note:
The parking lot is open at 7:00 am. A $6.00 fee will be charged for the day, to be paid when you enter.
