Graduation will be fast approaching. A “Graduation Petition” form must be completed by everyone anticipating on graduating in May 2009, and returned to the Registrar Office no later than APRIL 2009. Anyone within 2 courses of completion is eligible to participate in the May ceremony. If Registrar Office does not receive this form, it could result in providing your diploma with a name other than what you would prefer. Any changes made afterward, a fee of $25.00 will be assessed to the student’s account and payment will need to be received prior to release of diploma.
