Sandra Featherman Hall

A New Style of Communityfeatherman
Sandra Featherman Hall (or Featherman Hall) opened in Fall 2007 and is the University of New England's newest residence hall. Sandra Featherman Hall is assigned to first-year students and will only offer triple rooms.  The rooms in Sandra Featherman Hall arespacious and can be tripled comfortably.  There are also classrooms located on the first-floor of the building.  Sandra Featherman Hall is also part of the First-Year Residential Experience.

 

Building Features

Features of this Hall include:

  • Extra-long twin beds
  • Study lounge on each floor
  • Phone, data, and TV cable jack for each student
  • 1 social lounge per floor with comfortable lounge furniture
  • Large kitchen/function space on first floor and TV lounge on 2nd Floor
  • 2 Classrooms on 1st Floor
  • Office area for Area Coordinators for IPods adn First Year Experience
  • A Call Box at the entrance
  • One-two resident advisors on each floor
