Our on-campus residence halls provide a variety of living options. Primarily, the halls are occupied by traditional age students, ages 18-22. Don't forget to check out the Frequently Asked Questions page for more information about what to bring for your room!
Suite Style Halls
UNEs University Campus has three buildings which offer suite-style living. South, East and West Halls are suite-style. Each suite features four single and/or double bedrooms, bathrooms, a small living room and kitchenette. These halls are for upper-class students only.
South Hall
South Hall is one of our Sophomore Year Residential Experience buildings. It offers suites of double occupancy rooms for 4-6 people. Building features include:

Scheduled to open for Fall of 2007, Sandra Featherman Hall has been designed as our Special Interest housing for First and Second Year Students.

Both single-sex and coed floors are available. All halls are arranged in corridors with community bath facilities. These halls are primarily reserved for first-year students. Features of these residence halls include:

| Frederick Hall Affectionately known as "Freddy Hall." It is a two-story, co-ed facility housing approximately 70 sophomore students. There are 6 to 11 rooms per wing, with a bathroom on each wing. |
