Mission

The Student Academic Success Center, a department within Student Support Services, and the Division of Student Affairs, provides a comprehensive array of academic support services including workshops, tutoring, writing support, and individual learning consultations. Its mission is to empower students to become more independent and efficient learners so that they are able to meet the University's academic standards and attain their personal educational goals. On the Portland campus we work primarily with students in the Portland and on-line based programs as with students in the College of Medicine; however, we can assist any UNE student.

While serving all online learners, this site specifically addresses many of the needs of our online education and social work students.
