"UNE is a fantastic school because of its small class sizes which allow students to develop working relationships with the professors. Being a Medical Biology major is not easy, but the professors’ enthusiasm and passion for science is contagious and makes me want to work harder and be successful.
"I am the president of the undergraduate club IMM(UNE), which is currently planning a medical mission to Quito, Ecuador. Through IMM(UNE), I have travelled to Tena, Ecuador and Quetzaltenango, Guatemala to provide free health care to underserved communities... These missions were such fulfilling experiences of completely different cultures and availability of health care."
