"The Athletic Training Department is great because unlike most programs, you get heavily into the major early in your undergraduate career and start clinical rotations whereas most programs wait until junior or even senior year. The department is very well-known and has an excellent reputation on campus and at other schools that offer athletic training.
"The clinical rotations that you start your sophomore year are so vital to your learning. Anything you can't learn in the classroom, you will learn at your clinical site and much more. Also, through the program, Athletic Training Student Symposiums are offered annually where you travel to different locations and learn different techniques that you may not usually learn in a classroom or clinical setting."
