Lisa Gouldsbrough, DO
Dr. Lisa, a graduate of UNE College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her pediatric residency as Chief Resident at Morristown Memorial Hospital, NJ. She holds board certification as a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and is a diplomat of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. Dr. Lisa is on staff at both Mercy and Maine Medical Center. She is a member of the Core Group of pediatricians at Mercy Hospital, providing emergency first-response care for sick newborns. In addition to her work at UHC/Kids, Dr. Lisa is Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at UNE. At the UHC office, she teaches medical students, interns, and residents from UNE. She also teaches medical students at the university campus about human growth/development and how to conduct the physical examination of children. She presents pediatric cases in the gastrointestinal system and newborn cases in the reproductive system. Dr. Lisa helps medical students learn how to give culturally-sensitive care. In the community, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Osteopathic Association and co-chairs the Physicians' Advisory Board for Maine.
