Physician Assistant Program Chair Erich Fogg honored with Outstanding Service Award

PORTLAND - Erich Fogg, PA-C, MMSc, chair of the Physician Assistant (PA) Program in the University of New England's College of Health Professions, was recently selected to receive the 2007 Robert J. Lapham Outstanding Service Award from the Downeast Association of Physician Assistants (DEAPA).

Erich FoggThe award, which will be presented at the DEAPA's 30th Annual Membership Meeting in Manchester, Maine on April 7, 2007, is given each year to a Maine Physician Assistant in recognition of outstanding service to the PA profession and to the DEAPA.

According to an announcement by the DEAPA, Fogg was chosen for being an outstanding individual, leader, educator, clinician and colleague. "Since the beginning of his career, Erich's contributions to the PA profession and to his colleagues, students and patients have been positive, consistent and truly, outstanding."
